Technical Account Manager – Eden Prairie, MN
We are currently hiring Technical Account Managers to support our clients. This is a professional position requiring a technical background and strong customer advocacy skills.
The main mission of a Technical Account Manager is to maximize customer satisfaction and client retention. Secondary missions include maximizing upsell opportunities and obtaining sales referrals. The primary responsibilities to fulfill your mission include acting as a customer service liaison with our Technical Service Delivery team: providing white-glove customer service to our clients as they work through the migration and onboarding process, and work through other technical support or service issues. You will also perform quarterly business reviews with each client to assure satisfaction, identify where there is room for improvement, assess their changing IT needs.
Support Engineer – Eden Prairie, MN
We are currently hiring Support Engineers for our help desk. This position includes a variety of tasks and opportunities. The primary role is day-to-day help desk duties providing remote support to our clients’ phone and email support requests and monitoring the dashboard for issues.
You will also assist in client migrations to our cloud services, server and service upgrades. Uptime has a unique Support Engineer position in that there are no tier 1 or tier 2 employees. Everyone on the help desk team participates in all the tasks – from the most basic to the more complex. This provides an opportunity for employee growth, fosters teamwork, and ensures you will never have a boring day! Many employees have stated they have been able to learn more in a few months with Uptime than in the years spent at other positions.
