Uptime Named to Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies

Uptime Legal Systems, the world’s leading provider of cloud services to the legal industry, today announced that it has been named to the 2014 Inc 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies.

Ranked number 2010 overall, Uptime was honored for building and delivering a focused, comprehensive suite of cloud services for law firms. Today Uptime provides cloud services to hundreds of firms and thousands of attorneys in North America.

“We’re honored to be named to the Inc 5000 list,” said Dennis Dimka, Uptime’s Managing Director. “We’ve experienced substantial growth over the last three years which couldn’t have been possible without fiercely loyal clients and a first-rate team here at Uptime. This honor recognizes the need for a focused, single-source cloud platform for the legal community. We’re thrilled to meet that need, and to serve our market.”

The 2014 Inc 500|5000 ranks America’s fastest-growing private companies according to growth over three years. To qualify companies must be US-based, privately held, for profit and independent. In three years Uptime Legal has more than tripled in top-line revenue.

“We’re on track to continue this trajectory,” added Dimka. “As Uptime continues to grow and innovate, we expand our footprint within the market as well as the scope and breadth of our service offerings.”

The 2014 Inc. 500|5000, unveiled online at Inc.com, is the most competitive crop in the list’s history.
