Uptime Legal Releases LegalWorks 2.1

Integrated OCR and more added to Leading Legal Document Management System.

LegalWorks 2.1 includes integrated, automatic OCR. Now, LegalWorks will automatically perform OCR on scanned documents such as PDF and image-based documents, making the documents text-enabled, indexed and searchable. LegalWorks will OCR documents automatically, in the background, while you work. LegalWorks’ integrated, automatic OCR promises to significantly streamline the document workflow of law firms everywhere, functionality not seen in any other Document Management System.

New: LegalWorks Starter, Essentials and Professional

Also launched as part of the 2.1 release is new LegalWorks packages. The new LegalWorks bundles are design to cater to the document management, productivity and IT support needs of busy law firms.
