Since joining Uptime in 2015, Michael has been a cornerstone of the company’s growth, cultivating a deep, “boots-on-the-ground” understanding of the legal technology landscape.

Throughout his decade-plus tenure, Michael has mastered nearly every technical facet of the organization, having served as a Project Manager, Escalations Specialist, and Help Desk Manager. This comprehensive experience allows him to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and client-facing solutions.

Today, he leads the Escalations, Project Management, and Advanced System Operations teams, ensuring that Uptime Legal delivers the most resilient and efficient technology environments for law firms nationwide.
