Uptime Recognized as one of the World’s Leading IT Service Providers

Uptime Legal has been named #12 on the MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition and #334 on the MSPMentor 501 Global Edition.

Uptime Systems has ranked #12 on Nine Lives Media’s MSPMentor 100 Small Business Edition (www.mspmentor.net/top100), a new list that honors the world’s top Managed Service Providers that have 10 or fewer employees. Uptime has also landed on Nine Lives Media’s sixth-annual MSPMentor 501 Global Edition (www.mspmentor.net/top501), a distinguished list and report identifying the world’s top 501 Managed Service Provider of any size. This year’s report has been expanded extensively to include:

  • MSPmentor 501 Global Edition
  • MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition

“We are very proud to have made both the MSP 100 Small Business and MSP 501 Lists”, says Dennis Dimka, Managing Director of Uptime Systems. “Ranking number 12 worldwide illustrates that as we ascend to a nationally-recognized Cloud Services Provider, we continue to grow and strengthen our Managed Services business. Our clients truly value the best-of-both-worlds approach that we bring with our portfolio of managedon-premise and cloud solutions.”

The MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition and 501 Global Edition are based on data from MSPmentor’s global online survey, conducted October-December 2012. Each lists recognizes top managed service providers based on a range of metrics, including annual managed services revenue growth, revenue per employee, managed services offered and customer devices managed. Uptime Systems was the only Minnesota-based company to appear on the MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition list.

“MSPmentor congratulates Uptime Legal on this honor,” said Amy Katz, president of Nine Lives Media, a division of Penton Media. “Qualifying for our MSPmentor 501 Global Edition puts Uptime Systems in rare company. The MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition identifies a new generation of MSPs that keep small business IT systems and cloud services running worldwide.”

MSPs on this year’s global 501 list, including many small business MSPs, lifted their combined annual recurring revenues 24.5 percent to $2.54 billion. Together, those MSPs now manage more than 5.6 million PCs and servers, and nearly 400,000 smart phones and tablets, according to Joe Panettieri, editorial director, Nine Lives Media.
