We own all cloud infrastructure including servers and network equipment. This gives us the ability to take ownership of client experience and data security. We do not resell another public cloud service such as Azure or Amazon.
Yes. The onboarding process is a project that includes coordination and planning, discovery, building and prepping, migration of your applications, data, documents and email, integration of your local network and training for your entire staff. We charge a fixed fee for this process, which varies based on a few variables including number of users and what applications/data we will be migrating. Contact us for a formal proposal for your firm.
Yes. You will notice that our terms and conditions clearly state that any and all data you store in our cloud is your property. Should you ever cancel we will be helpful and cooperative to return your data to you by shipping your data to you on an encrypted hard drive.
While we hope to be your cloud service provider for a very long time, all Uptime services are month-to-month, and you cancel your service at any time. You will notice that our terms and conditions clearly state that any and all data you store in our cloud is your property. Should you ever cancel we will be helpful and cooperative to return your data to you by shipping your data to you on an encrypted hard drive.

Uptime Cloud will host your existing/third-party software including your practice management software, billing and accounting software, document management and other software. We do. As part of our service, we will keep your Microsoft software up to date. We will also work to provide first-call support of your legal and business software and will work with your software’s publishers as necessary to update and maintain the software your firm uses.

No, and you won’t need it. When you move to the cloud, your core infrastructure (servers, applications and data) are no longer at your location. As such, all of your remaining local environment–PC’s, laptops, printers, scanners–can be easily supported by our world-class support team. There is virtually nothing our team can’t support from our office.
